Shawkat Ali Zakhilwal holds dual master’s degrees in MS Engineering Management and MA Rural Development, bringing together technical expertise and a strong understanding of sustainable development. With over 10 years of experience in the humanitarian and development sectors, along with more than 6 years of experience as a university lecturer, he has built a proven track record in project and program management, strategic planning, quality implementation, knowledge sharing, and leading multidisciplinary teams across diverse sectors.

His expertise includes project design and development, proposal development, risk management, resource planning, and organizational leadership. As CEO of WADAN, he provides strategic direction and leads the delivery of integrated engineering, research, management, and consulting solutions, ensuring quality, innovation, and lasting impact for clients and communities.
