Eng. Mubariz is a graduate of Architectural Engineering with 5+ years of professional experience working with construction companies, engineering consultancies, and development organizations. He specializes in architectural planning and design, infrastructure and building development, interior and exterior architectural design, and advanced 3D visualization for residential, commercial, institutional, and public infrastructure projects.
He is proficient in industry-leading design and visualization software, including AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit Architecture, SketchUp, Lumion, twin motion, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Photoshop, enabling the delivery of innovative architectural concepts, realistic 3D visualizations, detailed construction drawings, and technically sound design solutions. His expertise includes quantitative and qualitative research, statistical analysis, impact evaluation, risk assessment, and evidence-based decision-making. Asadullah Sahil is a Civil Engineer with 7+ years of professional experience in land surveying, geospatial mapping, and engineering infrastructure development. He has successfully led and supported 220+ surveying and engineering assignments, delivering accurate geospatial data and technical solutions for infrastructure, construction, and development projects.
His expertise encompasses topographic and cadastral surveys, engineering and construction surveying, land subdivision and mapping, route and alignment surveys, site investigations, and construction setting-out. He brings extensive expertise in construction project design and implementation, quality assurance, project supervision, and successful project delivery across diverse sectors.
His technical expertise includes engineering proposal development, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimation, technical documentation, construction planning, and quality control.
